Building from real environments.
Grounded in research
Sigora grew from a simple observation: experienced managers often sense something has changed long before they can clearly explain what it is.

Where Sigora came from
Sigora was developed through real-world experience in high-pressure environments, where missing early signals can have real consequences.
This is not a model built in hindsight.
It's built on recognising patterns as they emerge — and acting before they escalate.
Early shifts in behaviour, communication and confidence often go unnoticed — but can shape everything that follows.
Developed by a practitioner with experience in:
-
Leading teams in dynamic environments
-
Reading behaviour under pressure
-
Working directly with individuals where early intervention matters
Most leadership approaches focus on outcomes.
Sigora focuses on what happens before them.
Experienced leaders often have a sense when something isn't quite right. The challenge is acting on it early - clearly and consistently. Sigora turns that instinct into a structured approach leaders can use with confidence.

The perspective behind Sigora
Hi, I'm Josh Roberts, founder of Sigora.
My career has centred around making judgements about people and situations when the answer wasn't immediately obvious.
From operational policing to managing a drug and alcohol rehabilitation service and working in program management, the common thread has been the same: good judgement starts with noticing what others might miss.
Sigora brings that perspective into everyday management.
